Our cancellation policy
Up to 30 days before arrival - free of charge
up to 15 days before arrival - 50% of the booking price
From 14 days to 7 days before arrival - 70% of the booking price.
In the event of cancellation within the last 7 days before arrival, late arrival and early departure - 100% of the booking price.

 

• In the event of a cancellation, the deposit that has already been paid will be returned in accordance with the cancellation conditions listed above

• The conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply

• A cancellation must be made in writing and confirmed by us.

 

To avoid cancellation costs , we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, which you can easily take out online.

 

Reception hours:

daily from 7.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

After 12:30 the reception can be reached by phone on +43 4272 27 69 until 8:00 p.m.

 

St. Oswalderhof Check-in / Arrival: Your room will be available from 4 p.m. If you arrive after 6 p.m. we ask for notification. In the case of late arrival, the room key will be deposited in the key safe in front of the hotel entrance. You will be notified of the necessary code by telephone after the agreed late arrival.

 

St. Oswalderhof Check-out / Departure: Please vacate your room by 10.30 a.m.

 

Invoice: You can pay your invoice in our house in cash, debit card, Maestro card, Mastercard or Visa.
